If you cancel a reservation, your refund amount is determined by your instructor’s cancellation policy and how close to your session you are at the time of your cancellation.
If you’d like to request a bigger refund, you can send a request through our Resolution Center. Any additional refund will be at Plapp’s discretion.
In rare cases, you may be eligible for a full refund if you had to cancel because of an extenuating circumstance as per the contract with the instructor.
Whether the reservation is two days or two months away, we hold the payment until 24 hours after the workshop before giving it to the instructor. This hold gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.
Paying and communicating through Plapp helps ensure that you're protected under our Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service, cancellation and refund policies, Instructor Guarantee and other safeguards. We can’t provide these benefits if your reservation isn’t booked and paid for directly through Plapp.
Paying or communicating outside of Plapp also makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing.
Report suspicious messages
Never pay for your reservation outside of Plapp. If someone asks you to pay for a reservation outside our on-site payment system—or you think someone might be sending you links to a fake Plapp site—tell us about it in this form and report the message.
